about you
Published on November 12, 2005 By Tova7 In Misc
I read a lot of blogs on JU. I am starting to learn little tid bits here and there but know even from my own blogging there is so much more to tell yet....

So I was wondering, is there something you consider important about who you are, or some little fact you think pinpoints your personality that you'd like to share?

I'd love to hear your self descriptions or even experiences, anything you think is important.

If you can't think of anything it could be something like, "If I had to describe who I am to a stranger in one sentence it would be...."

I will start.

If I had to describe myself I would say "Work in Progress."

A little unknown fact, I was in the Air Force for 4 years.....many moons ago.

My official answer has been and will always be: "I'm a 69-yr. old transvestite who likes to play war." Unofficially, I'm just an ornery guy who found a nook here in JU. Hi, Tova7, nice meetin' you.

Wow, Ju is just a HOTBED of activity on Sat night isn't it? Buwhahhaah.

Well I am off to converse with the sandman. Hope he has some strong tales to weave this night. I am exhausted.

I have read most of your postings.  And love them!  You do have a flair for writing (as does Shovel and Kelly).

Ok, I have shared some, but you may have missed them.  I have 4 children, who I adore, and I am divorced and remarried.  My wife (I dont like to call her second or whatever), is a wonderful person that bitch slaps me when I need it (not often), and holds me when I need it as well.

And I leak out things on my blog as they seem relevant.  Suffice it to say, that my life is kind of boring compared to yours.  While I have not had a real father, I have always had a real mother.  And we fight like no tomorrow!  But I greatly respect and admire her.

I know you are CATHOLIC....good grief that is the blog that won't die! hahah. Would love to have those points though...

I have always had a real mother. And we fight like no tomorrow!

Well it is good to keep her on her toes!

I'm the only Red-Headed, Freckle-Faced, Left-Handed, Colorblind, Guitar Pickin', Harmonica Blowin', Married, Father of 4, LDS, Disabled Vet on the Net. That about covers the basics. ;~D

Yes, I read your articles, and usually like what I see.

I've been trying for five bloody minutes to write who I am in one sentence, and I can't seem to do it.

A list? 35, woman, Canadian, single parent, 'relationship consultant' (hehehe I always laugh at that!), friendly, moody, fiscally-challenged, prone to usless crushes, matter-of-fact, and appreciative of the good stuff in life.

Well Tova a few things huh? I see you're reading my blog and thanks for that

I've worked mostly in the health field, until arthritis ( 3 kinds) forced me to change jobs.
Even though I wanted to stay home with the children, my income was needed to survive.

I've two beautiful adult children, 4 grandkids!

I'm more than a survivor, rather like one of those ballons one punches and they pop right
back....hard to keep me down.
I've had 2 heart attacks, caused by the LAD dissecting, most people drop dead from it, not me.
I'm too tough, well maybe that's too ornery.

It is kinda hard I admit.

You sound like someone I need to get to know better NickyG.
