Now that's what I call REAL food! I grew up on that kind of fare! The best eatin' there is.
I saw this on Good Morning America, last week. I think. She was awesome. I think Rose saw her too. Now that's my kind of cooking too. She is 92. I believe, awesome.
Yeah, she's 93 now I guess. I didn't know she was on Good Morning America. I thought she was just a hit on youtube. D'oh!
But I don't watch morning television, ever. In fact, I don't usually get to watch until after supper, if I watch at all.
Oh well. Just call me late to the party!
I love how she uses an el cheapo pot, and normal salt and pepper shakers like real folks...no glass bowls and perfect measuring!
I think the pasta and peas looks good, but I'd substitute the peas (canned, nasty) for some peppers, or some other veggie.
My aunt makes the BEST fried potatoes and onions.....but she uses a skillet..they taste so GOOD with biscuits and gravy...gah I gotta get something to eat...
