I don't want to be obdurate, but sometimes, my picture is beside this word in the dictionary.

Hard to use it in the proper context, eh? You may be an obdurate woman, but I doubt it.

Anyone who robbed that poor old woman must be really obdurate!

Not a hard word but not too easy to use in a sentence, for me that is!
